Are you ready to feel like you again?
You love your baby but right now, you don’t love how nights and naps make you feel.
Bedtime looms like a battle, the nights blur together, and you’re running on empty. You’re holding it all together at work and at home, but inside you’re stretched thin.
This isn’t about having a “bad sleeper” or being a “bad mum.” It’s about survival, sanity, and finding a way back to the calm, confident parent you want to be.
You don’t need quick fixes or cry-it-out, you need a plan that honours your values and gets you the rest you all deserve.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Multiple night wakings
Breastfeeding to sleep association
Unwanted co-sleeping
Sleep struggles because of reflux
Early wakings
Split nights
Short naps and low overall daytime sleep
Long and difficult bedtimes
Toddlers getting out of bed repeatedly
Preference to one parent at bedtime
If you are nodding your head now is the time to book your call!
Hello! I’m Harriet - The Wee Sleep Coach
I’m a qualified Infant Sleep Consultant who has since 2020 supported more than 100 families across the UK and beyond. My gentle, proven approach has a 100% track record of 5-star Google reviews because when parents follow the steps I guide them through, they see lasting results.
For babies aged 6 months to 3 years, my methods create the calm, consistent routines that transform nights (and days) in just a matter of days.
I don’t just know this professionally, I know it personally. As a working mum, I’ve been through the fog of sleepless nights, trying to function at work while holding it together at home. I understand the juggle of wanting to be a present, loving mum, partner, and professional and how impossible it feels when sleep is missing.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help parents like you find rest again, without “cry it out” tactics or guilt. With my full support, you’ll gain the clarity, confidence, and consistency your family needs — and the freedom to enjoy life again.
What will you get with the Wee Sleep Coach Plan?
When we work together, you won’t just receive a plan, you’ll have a step-by-step partnership designed to take you from overwhelm to calm, confident nights.
1. A deep-dive sleep audit
You’ll keep a 3-day sleep diary, which I’ll study like a map. This helps me spot the patterns and pressure points behind wake-ups , even the subtle ones that often go unnoticed.
2. A consultation call (60 minutes) — value £150
We’ll sit down together (virtually) and unravel your baby’s sleep puzzle. By the end of this call, you’ll have a plan that feels simple, flexible, and realistic for your family.
3. A bespoke sleep plan — value £55
Your plan won’t be a template. It’s crafted around your baby’s natural rhythms, your parenting style, your feeding preferences, and what feels manageable for you right now.
4. Three weeks of daily WhatsApp support — value £450
This is where families tell me the transformation happens. Unlimited messages and voice notes mean I can guide you in the moment — at bedtime, naptime, or those middle-of-the-night “what do I do?” moments. You’ll never feel left on your own.
5. Your sleep toolkit for the long haul — value £300
When our time together ends, you’ll still feel supported. You’ll have access to my full library of masterclasses and guides (nap transitions, illness, travel, early rising, routine resets, and more), along with practical tools and gentle reframes to help you feel steady, even when life changes.
Total value: £955
Your investment: £395 (or 3 × £135)
You’ll leave not only with a well-rested baby, but with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to keep sleep on track long after our three weeks together.
Why This Works (When Other Approaches Don’t Stick)
Most sleep support stops at a plan. I stay with you until it works.
That means:
Daily, in-the-moment coaching when things feel tough, not just “check-ins”
Emotional support for you as well as practical advice for your baby
A full toolkit of guides and masterclasses so you feel confident about every future sleep challenge
This isn’t just about getting your baby to sleep better this week. It’s about you feeling calm, capable, and connected as a parent long-term.
What will your life look like after?
By the end of my plan:
Your wee one will fully self-settle
Be capable of longer stretches of sleep
Potentially sleeping through the night (depending on night feed requirements)
You will be able to put your wee one to sleep in their sleep space, leave the room and let them settle to sleep without tears
A better day time structure, improved naps and flexibility!
And as for you…
You will have confidence that you can use the techniques to adapt as your wee one goes through developmental changes
You’ll have your evening back to do the little things that help you recharge, like actually watch that drama everyone is talking about
You can actually shower knowing you have a guaranteed window of time to do that without being interrupted by your wee one waking
You can spend quality 1:1 time with your partner and remember what it’s like to be a couple whether that’s a meal out, a night away or simply a conversation with just the two of you
You will wake feeling rested and energised to tackle the day
The brain fog will be lifted and you will feel like you again.
You can have all of this for just £395!
My journey into parenthood began with a rocky start. My son arrived 12 weeks early and spent his first months in hospital. When we finally brought him home, he struggled with reflux and would only sleep on me.
I felt torn — grateful he was safe, yet completely exhausted. Like many parents, I turned to books, podcasts, and research, determined to find a way for us all to get the sleep we needed. What I discovered was how much the right routine, a calm sleep environment, and gentle support can transform life — without ever leaving a baby to cry it out.
When I returned to my corporate role, coaching leaders and shaping the employee experience, I saw just how much lack of sleep impacts well-being, performance, and decision-making. That insight pushed me to formalise my knowledge and train as a certified infant sleep consultant.
Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of families through my 1:1 programmes — locally in Edinburgh, nationwide across the UK, and globally in places as far-reaching as Malaysia, India, and Australia.
My expertise has also been recognised by organisations like IKEA, who invite me to present at parent and baby events; by corporate groups such as Capco seeking workshops for working parents; by Miracle Moon, where I serve as their NICU sleep expert; and as a regular contributor for MADE magazine, where I write on family sleep topics.
Because when families sleep better, everything else becomes possible.
My Story
My Approach
Every baby, and every parent, is unique. Sleep isn’t about quick fixes or rigid rules, it’s about finding what works for your family. That’s why my sleep coaching is built on three core principles:
1. Gentle
Babies don’t need to be “trained” they need to feel safe. I’ll help you make small, practical changes that protect your bond and respect your instincts.
2. Personalised
Your baby is one of a kind, and so are you. Together we’ll build a plan that fits around your values, your lifestyle, and even the quirks of your daily routine.
3. Supportive
Sleep coaching isn’t just a plan on paper. It’s having someone in your corner. I’ll be right there with daily check-ins, voice notes, and reassurance when you need it most.
What This Looks Like In Practice
I’m all ears. I’ll listen carefully to your sleep struggles and work with you to achieve the results you’re after.
No crying-it-out tactics here. No finger-pointing over “mistakes.” You are the expert in your baby, and I bring the sleep expertise; together we’re partners.
I don’t offer “plan-only” packages with no follow-up, because in my experience, that’s not where real change happens. Babies grow, routines wobble, and questions always pop up along the way. That’s why I only work 1:1, with three weeks of full support built in.
It gives you the time, space, and reassurance to make gentle changes that stick and to see the difference not just for your baby, but for your whole family.

I identify what changes you need to make to your child’s routine to set you up for good sleep. I give you the right plan for your family based on your parenting style and lifestyle to help you all get better sleep.
Think of it like a PT - you might know what exercises you should be doing but aren’t sure if you are doing them right and need that support and the accountability to stick to a plan.
Just have a look at my reviews – I want parents to feel confident and to leave with a toolkit to set themselves up for a lifetime of good sleep.

The timeline for sleep training varies depending on factors such as your baby's age, temperament, and current sleep habits. Many families start seeing improvements within a few days to a couple of weeks.
I offer a review of your plan after 5 days if we have not seen any positive change in that timeframe.
-
That’s where the ongoing support makes the difference. If something isn’t working, I’ll refine your plan at no extra cost. Together we’ll make adjustments until we find the right approach for your baby and your family.
-
My approach to changes to sleep emphasises responsive parenting and minimising distress for your baby. I can’t promise no crying as this is how our kids communicate with us.
I offer supportive techniques that prioritise comfort and reassurance.
The Wee Sleep Coach approach does not involve leaving your child to cry on their own to sleep.
-
I am qualified in seven different methods of sleep training.
However based on my personal preference and own parenting style influenced by my own baby being very poorly when he was born and watching other babies in NICU crying alone - I will never use Ferber or Cry-it-out with any family.
The Wee Sleep Coach approach is a gradual approach that looks at sleep setup, age appropriate routine and a settling method that empowers you to respond appropriately to your baby or toddler.
-
I only work with babies who are six months to 3 years and provide guidance tailored to your baby's individual needs and readiness.
I will only work with a family once your baby is developmentally ready.
If your baby is younger than 6 months, my Wee Babe Handbook is designed to help you set up healthy foundations in those early weeks.
-
I understand that every baby is unique, and I tailor my sleep solutions to address individual needs.
If your baby has specific challenges or medical conditions we can discuss these in our initial discovery call and I can assess if this is really the right solution for your baby.
-

Life with little ones can be unpredictable. If you need to pause, we’ll discuss the best way to handle it so you still get the support you need. My aim is to make this work for you, not the other way around.
