If this feels familiar, you’re in the right place…

You’re coping but it’s costing you.

  • Bedtimes feel tense, unpredictable, or drawn out

  • Night wakes feel overwhelming, not just inconvenient

  • You’re mentally wired at night and emotionally depleted during the day

  • You’ve tried apps, routines, Google, ChatGPT, Instagram advice… and nothing sticks

  • You don’t want “cry it out” but you also can’t keep going like this

You’re used to functioning under pressure, but sleep deprivation is starting to affect your energy, confidence, relationship, and sense of self.

You’re not doing anything wrong.

You’re just exhausted and you don’t have the capacity to figure this out alone.

What is the Gentle Sleep Reset?

The Gentle Sleep Reset is a live, guided workshop designed to help you make sense of your child’s sleep and create calm, realistic changes that fit your baby, your values, and your life.

This is not:

  • a rigid sleep plan

  • a one-size-fits-all routine

  • a “just be consistent” lecture

Instead, it’s a supportive reset helping you understand what’s actually happening with your child’s sleep and what will genuinely help right now.

  • Understand why your baby or toddler’s sleep looks the way it does

  • Reduce frequent night waking and bedtime battles, gently and responsively

  • Support more independent sleep without leaving your child to cry alone

  • Create calm, predictable routines that work around real life (work, nursery, family life)

  • Feel confident making sleep decisions without second-guessing yourself

  • My approach to changes to sleep emphasises responsive parenting and minimising distress for your baby. I can’t promise no crying as this is how our kids communicate with us.

I offer supportive techniques that prioritise comfort and reassurance.

The Wee Sleep Coach approach does not involve leaving your child to cry on their own to sleep.

  • I am qualified in seven different methods of sleep training.

However based on my personal preference and own parenting style influenced by my own baby being very poorly when he was born and watching other babies in NICU crying alone - I will never use Ferber or Cry-it-out with any family.

The Wee Sleep Coach approach is a gradual approach that looks at sleep setup, age appropriate routine and a settling method that empowers you to respond appropriately to your baby or toddler.

  • You can start with suggestions from the workshop as soon as it has ended!

  • The timeline for sleep improvements varies depending on factors such as your baby's age, temperament, and current sleep habits. Many families start seeing improvements within a few days to a couple of weeks.
