Are you ready to feel like you again?

A responsive, real-time approach to baby sleep that protects the bond, honours your values, and gives your brain (and body) the rest it craves.

Help your baby sleep in their own bed — without the guilt.

Even if they “just don’t sleep.

You’ve tried the tweaks, read the books, and told yourself it’s just a phase — but you’re still wired, tired, and running on fumes.

It’s time for a plan that works with your baby, not against your values, whether that means keeping some night feeds, or simply ending the feed-to-sleep cycle that’s making wake-ups harder.

If you are nodding your head now is the time to book your call!

I am Harriet aka The Wee Sleep Coach.

The Wee Sleep Coach’s Calm Confidence approach guarantees results, providing you follow the steps I give you and coach you through. This works for babies aged 6 months through to 3 years old.

Being a parent I know quality sleep is crucial for you and your wee one. I have been in the situation of returning to a full time job, unable to focus, concentrate, problem solve. I’ve struggled with the juggle of trying to nail being a ‘good’ mum, a loving wife and maintain a career I loved all because of sleep deprivation.

I can change your life, by creating a realistic routine that will transform your life long term, in a matter of days.

Appointments are released weekly and are limited. I only take a small number of clients each month so book now to avoid disappointment.

What will you get with the Wee Sleep Coach Calm Plan?

  • 1. Deep-Dive Sleep Audit

You’ll keep a 3-day sleep diary. I’ll read it like a map — spotting patterns, pressure points, and the hidden causes behind the wake-ups (not just the obvious ones).

    2. The Rooted Planning Call (60 min)

We’ll sit down together (virtually) tea in hand and decode exactly what’s happening. By the end of this call, you’ll have a simple, flexible plan you actually want to follow.

    3. The Calm Sleep Plan

No one-size-fits-all. Your plan is built around:

    • Your baby’s natural rhythms

    • Your parenting style

    • Your feeding preferences — whether you’re keeping some night feeds or moving toward full nights

    • What you can realistically manage right now

    4. 3-Weeks of Daily WhatsApp Support

Unlimited messages. Voice notes for the “is this normal?” moments. In-the-moment coaching so you’re never left wondering what to do next.

    5. The Calm Core Reset

Mini tools to ease bedtime dread, stop decision fatigue, and help you stay steady while your baby learns to sleep. Gentle reframes for guilt, perfectionism, and pressure. Emotional support when it all feels a bit much.

    6. 3 Peace-of-Mind Calls (Use Anytime in 6 Months)

Because regressions, teething, and “what is happening this week?” moments will happen — and you’ll want to handle them with confidence.

What will your life look like after?

By the end of my plan, assuming you follow it!

  • Your wee one will fully self-settle

  • Be capable of longer stretches of sleep

  • Potentially sleeping through the night (depending on night feed requirements)

  • You will be able to put your wee one to sleep in their sleep space, leave the room and let them settle to sleep without tears

  • A better day time structure, improved naps and flexibility!

And as for you…

  • You will have confidence that you can use the techniques to adapt as your wee one goes through developmental changes

  • You’ll have your evening back to do the little things that help you recharge, like actually watch that drama everyone is talking about

  • You can actually shower knowing you have a guaranteed window of time to do that without being interrupted by your wee one waking

  • You can spend quality 1:1 time with your partner and remember what it’s like to be a couple whether that’s a meal out, a night away or simply a conversation with just the two of you

  • You will wake feeling rested and energised to tackle the day

  • The brain fog will be lifted and you will feel like you again.

You can have all of this for just £435!

Who is the Wee Sleep Coach?

Hello! I’m Harriet - a.k.a The Wee Sleep Coach, a qualified infant sleep consultant. I help kids between 0-3 years old get the sleep they need. Because let's face it, when they sleep well, we all sleep well, right?

My journey into the world of sleep started with my own wee guy, Ethan who was born prematurely at 27 weeks. NICU life led to me being an anxious first-time parent. After being separated for 10 weeks whilst he was in NICU I wanted to make sure he never felt abandoned by me!

Fast forward 12 months and I was going back to work and I was going to flourish!

Reality…

I went back to work. It was freaking HARD. Balance?! What balance?! I was dragging myself to that laptop fire fighting 103827 slack messages (+ the rest) My brain? FRIED. Where was this clear thinking brain I used to have? Why was I not able to make ANY decisions with any speed. I was a shell of a person.

My previous life was executive coaching leadership teams and managers and a huge focus was enhancing employee experience, I couldn't ignore the impact lack of sleep had on well-being and decision making. And that's when I made the decision to study everything related to sleep and then went onto qualify as a Sleep Consultant, determined to offer support to other families, like yours, struggling with sleep issues.

Don’t just take my word for it…

Kerrie’s Story

“With our 12 month old being unable to sleep through the night, waking for hours upset and both my husband and I not getting sleep for a full days work we were at the end of our tether.

We started to look into sleep coaches as they were recommended by some friends. We were very sceptical as we thought our night owl was beyond help but we were so so wrong.

In just 3 days our boy was sleeping through the night and a week in is able to sleep through and soothe himself to sleep- it was an unbelievable change.

Harriet was so helpful throughout and was very thorough in her checks prior to making a sleep plan for Rory. I cannot recommend her enough!”

Annalie’s Story

“I reached out to Harriet after struggling with my 8 month old daughters sleep. Fearne had generally been a good sleeper but when we got to about 5 months we could be up anywhere from 3-6 times a night. We co slept and is exclusively breastfed. I felt so trapped and didn’t know how to start the process of getting her in her own cot, in her own bedroom, and reducing night feeds. I have a 5 year old son who I needed to be up for the next day as my husband works away, and I was honestly on my knees.

I really wanted to approach this whole sleep situation really gently with the least amount of tears possible. Harriet was so encouraging, lovely and helpful throughout this whole experience. We had her full support for 3 weeks. She gave us a tailored plan and within a week we were seeing changes in Fearne’s sleep. Harriet was my little cheerleader from day 1, and I loved being able to message and voice note her debriefing on the night and if I needed help on what wake windows Fearne should do during the day. Harriet made this whole experience so positive for us, and there really was a minimal amount of tears from Fearne (and me)!

We went from co sleeping, being up every few hours and feeding back to sleep, to Fearne in her own room, in her own cot, self settling for bedtime, napping well during the day and getting up only once during the night; all within 3 weeks. The difference was unbelievable. This isn’t to say that there aren’t nights where she is more unsettled with illness or teething or just needing some comfort, or days where the naps aren’t amazing but what is so good is we have a framework to fall back on if things have got a little off track. One thing I would say is this isn’t an instant fix, changes won’t happen in 1 night. It was about gradually changing the routine and showing Fearne that she can sleep without me, but I’m there if she needs me. I never once didn’t respond to her if she needed me, but we remained consistent with the plan and saw results I never thought possible.

I honestly couldn’t have done this without Harriet, the whole household is getting so much more sleep, and as a result so much happier.”
