Personalised 1:1 Baby Sleep Support
Sleep between 6 and 12 months can feel unexpectedly hard.
Just as routines start to form, sleep can unravel with increased night wakings, short naps, separation anxiety and constant second-guessing.
This personalised 1:1 support is for families who are ready for gentle, responsive guidance to help sleep feel calmer, more predictable and more sustainable without cry-it-out or rigid methods that don’t sit right.
(6-12 Months)
I only take on a small number of families each month, so spaces are limited.
Submitting an enquiry doesn’t commit you to booking. I will review your responses and guide you on next steps.
This support is a good fit if…
1:1 baby sleep support at this age is ideal if:
your baby wakes frequently overnight
naps are short, inconsistent or hard to manage
settling feels more difficult than it used to
feeding and sleep feel tightly linked and confusing
early mornings have crept in
you feel exhausted from trying to work it all out alone
You don’t need to be “at breaking point” to seek support but if sleep is impacting your wellbeing, this level of guidance can make a real difference.
Why baby sleep can feel so difficult at this age
Between 6 and 12 months, babies go through huge developmental shifts. Increased awareness, separation anxiety, physical milestones and changing sleep pressure can all disrupt previously settled sleep.
At this stage, sleep support isn’t all about teaching independence it’s about helping your baby settle with the right level of support, at the right times, in a way that feels emotionally safe and realistic for your family.
This is where personalised guidance matters most.

What working together looks like
This isn’t a generic plan or a one-off chat. It’s hands-on, personalised support while you make changes so you’re not second-guessing yourself at 3am.
We will:
look at your baby’s sleep patterns, routines and temperament
gently adjust timing, support and expectations
work on naps and night sleep together
adapt support as things shift (because they always do)
You’ll be supported throughout, with space to ask questions, share updates and adjust as needed.
What’s included in 1:1 baby sleep support - £425
Your personalised 1:1 support includes:
1. A deep-dive sleep audit
You’ll be sent a sleep diary to track3-days of sleep which I’ll study like a map. This helps me spot the patterns and pressure points behind wake-ups , even the subtle ones that often go unnoticed.
2. A consultation call (60 minutes)
We’ll sit down together (virtually) and unravel your baby’s sleep puzzle. By the end of this call, you’ll have a plan that feels simple, flexible, and realistic for your family.
3. A bespoke sleep plan
Your plan won’t be a template. It’s crafted around your baby’s natural rhythms, your parenting style, your feeding preferences, and what feels manageable for you right now.
4. Three weeks of daily WhatsApp support
This is where families tell me the transformation happens. Unlimited messages and voice notes mean I can guide you in the moment, at bedtime, naptime, or those middle-of-the-night “what do I do?” moments. You’ll never feel left on your own.
5. Your sleep toolkit for the long haul
When our time together ends, you’ll still feel supported. You’ll have access to my full library of masterclasses and guides (nap transitions, illness, travel, early rising, routine resets, and more), along with practical tools and gentle reframes to help you feel steady, even when life changes.
6. 2 Peace of Mind Sleep Calls
To be used within 6 months of finishing WhatsApp support. The additional calls are designed to support you through this fast-changing stage offering reassurance and guidance as your baby grows.
Total value: £1,125
Your investment: £425 (or 3 × £141.66)
You’ll leave not only with a well-rested baby, but with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to keep sleep on track long after our three weeks together.
Why personalised support makes a difference
Most sleep support stops at a plan. I stay with you until it works.
That means:
Daily, in-the-moment coaching when things feel tough, not just “check-ins”
Emotional support for you as well as practical advice for your baby
A full toolkit of guides and masterclasses so you feel confident about every future sleep challenge
This isn’t just about getting your baby to sleep better this week. It’s about you feeling calm, capable, and connected as a parent long-term.
A gentle, responsive approach to baby sleep
My approach is:
gentle and responsive
tailored to your baby’s age and needs
supportive of feeding and emotional regulation
flexible and realistic for real family life
There’s no cry-it-out, no leaving babies to distress, and no one-size-fits-all rules just calm, thoughtful support grounded in understanding how baby sleep actually works.
And as for you…
You will have confidence that you can use the techniques to adapt as your wee one goes through developmental changes
You’ll have your evening back to do the little things that help you recharge, like actually watch that drama everyone is talking about
You can actually shower knowing you have a guaranteed window of time to do that without being interrupted by your wee one waking
You can spend quality 1:1 time with your partner and remember what it’s like to be a couple whether that’s a meal out, a night away or simply a conversation with just the two of you
You will wake feeling rested and energised to tackle the day
The brain fog will be lifted and you will feel like you again.
My Approach
Every baby, and every parent, is unique. Sleep isn’t about quick fixes or rigid rules, it’s about finding what works for your family. That’s why my sleep coaching is built on three core principles:
1. Gentle
Babies don’t need to be “trained” they need to feel safe. I’ll help you make small, practical changes that protect your bond and respect your instincts.
2. Personalised
Your baby is one of a kind, and so are you. Together we’ll build a plan that fits around your values, your lifestyle, and even the quirks of your daily routine.
3. Supportive
Sleep coaching isn’t just a plan on paper. It’s having someone in your corner. I’ll be right there with daily check-ins, voice notes, and reassurance when you need it most.
What This Looks Like In Practice
I’m all ears. I’ll listen carefully to your sleep struggles and work with you to achieve the results you’re after.
No crying-it-out tactics here. No finger-pointing over “mistakes.” You are the expert in your baby, and I bring the sleep expertise; together we’re partners.
I don’t offer “plan-only” packages with no follow-up, because in my experience, that’s not where real change happens. Babies grow, routines wobble, and questions always pop up along the way. That’s why I only work 1:1, with three weeks of full support built in.
It gives you the time, space, and reassurance to make gentle changes that stick and to see the difference not just for your baby, but for your whole family.
Want to see if we’re a good fit? Get in touch and tell me what’s going on — I’ll share how I can help.

I am qualified in seven different methods of sleep training.
However based on my personal preference and own parenting style influenced by my own baby being very poorly when he was born and watching other babies in NICU crying alone - I will never use Ferber or Cry-it-out with any family.
The Wee Sleep Coach approach is a gradual approach that looks at sleep setup, age appropriate routine and a settling method that empowers you to respond appropriately to your baby or toddler.
