Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms
The purchase of any Sleep Plan Consultation or Programme (the “Services”) from The Wee Sleep Coach (the “Company”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Fees & Payment
The full fee for the Services is payable in advance at the time of booking. Services will not commence until payment has been received in full.

Client Cancellations (Prior to Commencement)
If the Client (the payer and recipient of the Services) cancels a booked Consultation, the following terms apply:

Less than 24 hours’ notice: no refund
25–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund
More than 48 hours’ notice: 100% refund

Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of The Wee Sleep Coach, a Consultation cancelled within 48 hours may be rescheduled within one week of the original booking date.

Cancellation by The Wee Sleep Coach
The Wee Sleep Coach reserves the right to cancel a Consultation due to unforeseen personal circumstances or illness. In such cases, the Client will be offered either a full refund or alternative dates.

Programme Use
Any Programme, Sleep Plan, or supporting materials provided by The Wee Sleep Coach are for the sole use of the Client and must not be shared, copied, or provided to any third party.

Nature of the Service
The Services provided by The Wee Sleep Coach consist of guidance, education, and support relating to infant and toddler sleep. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are advised to consult a GP or other qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

No Guarantee of Results
The Client acknowledges that sleep outcomes vary between children and families. While The Wee Sleep Coach provides personalised support based on professional training and experience, specific outcomes including improved sleep duration, reduced night wakings, or independent settling cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Responsibility
Outcomes are influenced by multiple factors including (but not limited to) the child’s temperament, health, development, environment, and the consistency of implementation. The Wee Sleep Coach shall not be held responsible or liable where the Services do not result in the Client’s desired sleep outcomes.

Client Responsibility
The Client agrees to provide accurate information and to actively participate in the process. The Wee Sleep Coach cannot be held responsible for outcomes where guidance is partially implemented, inconsistently applied, or discontinued by the Client.

Refund Policy After Commencement
Once a Consultation, Programme, or period of support has commenced, all fees are non-refundable, including where the Client feels that sufficient improvement has not been achieved, except where a refund is required by law.

Health & Age Disclosure
If the Client’s child has an underlying health condition that may impact sleep, this must be disclosed prior to the Consultation. The Wee Sleep Coach reserves the right not to proceed in such cases, with a full refund issued. If it is found that the Client’s child is under six (6) months of age and this has not been explicitly disclosed, the Company reserves the right not to proceed, with a full refund issued.

Support Hours
Support for Consultation Clients is provided during the following hours only:

Monday–Friday: 8:00–9:00am, 12:00–1:00pm, and 4:00–5:00pm
Saturday–Sunday: 8:00–9:00am

Messages may be sent at any time; however, responses will be provided during the support hours stated above and within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability, personal circumstances, and periods of leave.

Home Consultations & Travel
Home Consultations may be offered on a case-by-case basis within the EH postcode area. Where travel is required, an additional fee will apply to cover reasonable expenses including travel time and costs.

Right to Cease Services
The Wee Sleep Coach reserves the right to cease the provision of Services in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour towards The Wee Sleep Coach or its representatives.

Amendments
The Wee Sleep Coach reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms & Conditions will apply to future bookings only.
