Personalised 1:1 Toddler Sleep Support

Sleep with a toddler can feel surprisingly hard.
Just as your child becomes more independent, sleep can unravel with bedtime battles, frequent night waking, early mornings and big emotions taking over.

This personalised 1:1 toddler sleep support is for families who want gentle, responsive guidance to navigate sleep challenges in a way that feels emotionally supportive, realistic and sustainable without harsh methods or pressure to force independence.

(1-3 Years)

I only take on a small number of families each month, so spaces are limited.

This support is a good fit if…

1:1 toddler sleep support is ideal if:

  • bedtime has become a daily battle

  • your toddler resists sleep or won’t settle easily

  • night wakings involve calling out or leaving the bed

  • early morning waking has crept in

  • naps feel confusing or are affecting night sleep

  • separation anxiety or big emotions show up at sleep times

  • you feel exhausted from trying to manage sleep alone

You don’t need to “get it perfect” before asking for help but if sleep feels emotionally draining or stuck, personalised support can make things feel more manageable.

Why sleep often changes between 1 and 3 years

Between 1 and 3 years, toddlers are developing strong opinions, growing independence and big emotional responses — all while their ability to self-regulate is still emerging.

Sleep disruption at this age is rarely about “bad habits.” It’s often linked to:

  • boundary testing

  • emotional regulation

  • changing nap needs

  • increased awareness and separation anxiety

Effective toddler sleep support balances clear, consistent boundaries with reassurance and emotional safety, helping sleep feel calmer for both your child and you.

What working together looks like

This isn’t a generic plan or a one-off chat. It’s hands-on, personalised support while you make changes so you’re not second-guessing yourself at 3am.

We will:

  • explore what’s happening around bedtime, night waking and mornings

  • look at routines, sleep pressure and emotional responses

  • gently adjust boundaries and support

  • adapt strategies as your toddler responds and develops

  • Support is flexible and responsive, recognising that toddler sleep rarely changes in a straight line.

What’s included in 1:1 toddler sleep support - £395

Your personalised 1:1 support includes:

1. A deep-dive sleep audit
You’ll be sent a sleep diary to track3-days of sleep which I’ll study like a map. This helps me spot the patterns and pressure points behind wake-ups , even the subtle ones that often go unnoticed.

2. A consultation call (60 minutes)
We’ll sit down together (virtually) and unravel your baby’s sleep puzzle. By the end of this call, you’ll have a plan that feels simple, flexible, and realistic for your family.

3. A bespoke sleep plan
Your plan won’t be a template. It’s crafted around your baby’s natural rhythms, your parenting style, your feeding preferences, and what feels manageable for you right now.

4. Three weeks of daily WhatsApp support
This is where families tell me the transformation happens. Unlimited messages and voice notes mean I can guide you in the moment, at bedtime, naptime, or those middle-of-the-night “what do I do?” moments. You’ll never feel left on your own.

5. Your sleep toolkit for the long haul
When our time together ends, you’ll still feel supported. You’ll have access to my full library of masterclasses and guides (nap transitions, illness, travel, early rising, routine resets, and more), along with practical tools and gentle reframes to help you feel steady, even when life changes.

Your investment: £395

This level of support is designed to help you navigate sleep challenges with clarity and consistency without feeling alone.

Why personalised support makes a difference

Most sleep support stops at a plan. I stay with you until it works.

That means:

  • Daily, in-the-moment coaching when things feel tough, not just “check-ins”

  • Emotional support for you as well as practical advice for your baby

  • A full toolkit of guides and masterclasses so you feel confident about every future sleep challenge

This isn’t just about getting your baby to sleep better this week. It’s about you feeling calm, capable, and connected as a parent long-term.

A gentle, responsive approach to toddler sleep

My approach to toddler sleep is:

  • gentle and responsive

  • supportive of emotional regulation

  • grounded in development, not discipline

  • realistic for real family life

There’s no cry-it-out, no ignoring emotions, and no pressure to force independence before your child is ready just thoughtful support tailored to your family.

And as for you…

  • You will have confidence that you can use the techniques to adapt as your wee one goes through developmental changes

  • You’ll have your evening back to do the little things that help you recharge, like actually watch that drama everyone is talking about

  • You can actually shower knowing you have a guaranteed window of time to do that without being interrupted by your wee one waking

  • You can spend quality 1:1 time with your partner and remember what it’s like to be a couple whether that’s a meal out, a night away or simply a conversation with just the two of you

  • You will wake feeling rested and energised to tackle the day

  • The brain fog will be lifted and you will feel like you again.

My Approach

Every baby, and every parent, is unique. Sleep isn’t about quick fixes or rigid rules, it’s about finding what works for your family. That’s why my sleep coaching is built on three core principles:

1. Gentle

Babies don’t need to be “trained” they need to feel safe. I’ll help you make small, practical changes that protect your bond and respect your instincts.

2. Personalised

Your baby is one of a kind, and so are you. Together we’ll build a plan that fits around your values, your lifestyle, and even the quirks of your daily routine.

3. Supportive

Sleep coaching isn’t just a plan on paper. It’s having someone in your corner. I’ll be right there with daily check-ins, voice notes, and reassurance when you need it most.

What This Looks Like In Practice

I’m all ears. I’ll listen carefully to your sleep struggles and work with you to achieve the results you’re after.

No crying-it-out tactics here. No finger-pointing over “mistakes.” You are the expert in your baby, and I bring the sleep expertise; together we’re partners.

I don’t offer “plan-only” packages with no follow-up, because in my experience, that’s not where real change happens. Babies grow, routines wobble, and questions always pop up along the way. That’s why I only work 1:1, with three weeks of full support built in.

It gives you the time, space, and reassurance to make gentle changes that stick and to see the difference not just for your baby, but for your whole family.

 FAQs

  • I identify what changes you need to make to your child’s routine to set you up for good sleep. I give you the right plan for your family based on your parenting style and lifestyle to help you all get better sleep.

Think of it like a PT - you might know what exercises you should be doing but aren’t sure if you are doing them right and need that support and the accountability to stick to a plan.

Just have a look at my reviews – I want parents to feel confident and to leave with a toolkit to set themselves up for a lifetime of good sleep.

  • The timeline for sleep training varies depending on factors such as your baby's age, temperament, and current sleep habits. Many families start seeing improvements within a few days to a couple of weeks.

I offer a review of your plan after 5 days if we have not seen any positive change in that timeframe.

  • That’s where the ongoing support makes the difference. If something isn’t working, I’ll refine your plan at no extra cost. Together we’ll make adjustments until we find the right approach for your toddler and your family.

  • My approach to changes to sleep emphasises responsive parenting and minimising distress for your baby. I can’t promise no crying as this is how our kids communicate with us.

I offer supportive techniques that prioritise comfort and reassurance.

The Wee Sleep Coach approach does not involve leaving your child to cry on their own to sleep.

  • I am qualified in seven different methods of sleep training.

However based on my personal preference and own parenting style influenced by my own baby being very poorly when he was born and watching other babies in NICU crying alone - I will never use Ferber or Cry-it-out with any family.

The Wee Sleep Coach approach is a gradual approach that looks at sleep setup, age appropriate routine and a settling method that empowers you to respond appropriately to your baby or toddler.

  • I understand that every baby is unique, and I tailor my sleep solutions to address individual needs.

If your toddler has specific challenges or medical conditions we can discuss these in our initial discovery call and I can assess if this is really the right solution for your toddler.

  • I am a certified OCN sleep consultant with extensive training.

I have experience in infant sleep science and behaviour.

I am committed to staying updated on the latest research and best practices to provide you with the highest quality of care.

    I am also fully insured.

  • I offer a free consultation to discuss your family's sleep goals, concerns, and values. This allows us to determine if we're a good fit and if my approach aligns with your needs and preferences.

  • Life with little ones can be unpredictable. If you need to pause, we’ll discuss the best way to handle it so you still get the support you need. My aim is to make this work for you, not the other way around.

  • Yes. My support is completely virtual, so I work with parents across the UK and worldwide. All you need is WhatsApp and a willingness to try something new.
